Refund policy
At Suntrax, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers in the kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wingfoiling community. To support this commitment, we offer a 14-day return policy, which gives you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if it doesn’t meet your expectations or needs.
Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
How to Initiate a Return: If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at brian@suntrax.co.za. Upon approval of your return, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send back your package. Please note that returns will not be accepted unless they have been requested first.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items right away. If there’s an issue with a defective item, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item, get in touch with us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as sale items and gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do this is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please be aware that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
